Delivery is PKR 350 per order. Your checkout summary shows the delivery charge before the order is submitted.
Order details and dispatch
Provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if a detail needs correction. Delivery timing depends on destination, order confirmation and courier availability; ask the team for an estimate for your location.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
Retain the packaging and contact Medoj with your order number and photographs. Do not use a product that appears damaged, contaminated or tampered with.
Returns and refunds
Contact our team before returning a product. Return eligibility and the proposed resolution will be explained after your order and the product’s condition are reviewed. Do not send a return without instructions.
