Five questions for your next supplement consultation
By adminglglgl · Updated October 3, 2026

It is easier to have a useful conversation about a supplement when you bring a few clear questions. You do not need to know the technical terms: start with what you want help understanding.
What am I trying to address?
Explain your reason for considering a product and any concerns you have. Ask whether those concerns need assessment before a supplement is considered.
What am I already taking?
Bring a list of medicines and supplements, with photographs of the labels if helpful. Include products used occasionally, not just those in your daily routine.
Which product and format fit my instructions?
A capsule, sachet and oral shot can have very different directions. Ask the professional to write down the full product name and instructions so you can match them when shopping.
When should the plan be reviewed?
Ask how long the plan is intended to last and what should happen before continuing. Do not assume that an initial recommendation means a product should be taken indefinitely.
Who should I contact if I am unsure?
Clarify where to ask about use or a possible reaction. The Medoj team can help with product and order information, while your healthcare professional provides advice about your individual care.
Make a short note
Keep the product name, date, instructions and follow-up plan together. This makes future conversations clearer and helps you avoid relying on memory.
